Not that I know of: Hangover can produce diffuse aches and pains, but have not had a patient complain of the kind of pain you are having. Pain in the left arm is of concern because cardiac pain can radiate there, but at your age that would be unusual. It may be that you pulled a muscle or did some kind of damage while you were intoxicated. The message should be to moderate your alcohol use and not get that drunk.
