Allergy: You could have been exposed to something that you are allergic to. That would explain the itchiness and swollen tingling lips. It may go away on its own or if it worsens see your doctor. You may want to try an otc allergy med like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to see if it helps with the symptoms.

Allergic reactions: I recommend that you make an appointment with your md asap for a thorough examination. It sounds as though you are having an allergic reaction to something. Allergies that involve your lips and soft tissues in your mouth can, in fact, be part of a broader allergic reaction. Some allergies are to foods, metals, chemicals, household items, insect bites, etc. Get a proper diagnosis and treatment!
