Yes: I am not sure about all of the abbreviations you used however poly myosotis by itself can affect healing and recovery. It should be well controlled at the time of surgery. Having an autoimmune disease does not mean you can't have surgery however the risk of problems and the healing rate are affected by a small amount.

Possibly: 27y old has fibromyalgia and several chronic illnesses & now to have hip replacement. Inactivity is one of the co-factors for developing FM because this promotes muscle wasting and spasticity, which are pain generators in FM, see comments below. The post operative period will be an important time to keep muscles toned and nutrition optimum. Is Hypermobility Syndrome involved?
