?: Tough question to answer without your history. It is certainly not a first line treatment for gad, but it has been used for a variety of anxiety-related disorders. Presumably, you have failed several other medications particularly, ssris (prozac, paxil, (paroxetine) celexa, zoloft, lexapro) and snris (effexor, cymbalta).
