Off and on piercing chest pain all day. had x-ray and ecg in january er said my heart was fine and did no more tests. what could it be? i'm on hp pac.

Chest pain: I assume you are referring to h.Pylori treatment. With any new onset chest pain, i recommend going to the emergency department right away, and have someone drive you or call 911. Concerns would be acute coronary syndrome (heart attack), pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, aortic dissection, pneumonia, or esophageal or ulcer with possible rupture as well as others.
