Chest pain: I assume you are referring to h.Pylori treatment. With any new onset chest pain, i recommend going to the emergency department right away, and have someone drive you or call 911. Concerns would be acute coronary syndrome (heart attack), pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, aortic dissection, pneumonia, or esophageal or ulcer with possible rupture as well as others.
