Possible: Genetics has way of repeating itself, so yes it is a possibility.

Possibly: Just like we inherit similar looks and facial features of our genetic parents we also frequently inherent much of their genetic predisposed tendencies for certain medical conditions such as scoliosis, back pain, etc. Whether you inherited this tendency is really irrelevant though. Keep in mind that many people have abnormal mris and we don't treat mris alone. We treat the whole picture.
