Ask your Urologist: Ask your urologist about various interventional/invasive options, eg traditional surgery, turp, tulip, tuna, etc compared to vtp (vascular targeted photodynamic therapy). More importantly, ask why someone should undergo invasive intervention rather than simply take medication. Clearly if you've failed maximal medical management or if you can't tolerate medications, then surgery is next step.
