i woke up this morning with cramps i got my period. i also have a stuffy/runny nose and slight sore throat. mean anything?

Normal + URI: Cramps with your period are completely normal. These can be treated with ibuprofen. Also, it sounds like you have an upper respiratory infection. The two are unrelated.
