My father had tace for hcc one month ago. he is still getting fever about 100f. no infection found in the tests. how long fever takes to go away ?

Could be tumor relat: Fever from tace is usually gone in 1, 2, 3 weeks. If it is still touching 100 degree or higher, it is likely due to tumor which may be growing. I would suggest looking for tumor progression(check serial liver functions/ progressively worsening?) and repeat his liver imaging studies with ct scan or MRI to determine the cause of his persistent fever.
