Genital lesions: This might be a disease called molluscum contagiosum. It is a viral disease acquired by close contact with an infected person. It can be sexually transmitted. It can be seen in wrestlers. You need to consult your physician for correct diagnosis. Some treatment options are: liquid nitrogen freezing, curettage, electro cautery or tagamet (cimetidine).
