Can a 6 week old have pedialyte to relieve gas. if so how much?

No.: Totally useless for that purpose. Good burping works best.

Yes; may not help: 1-2oz of pedialyte is a safe solution to give..Basically just water and some sugar/salt and minerals--a good fluid replacement when needed--but likely not going to help with gassiness. If it is not bothersome to baby, i would do nothing. If it is bothersome/excessive, would consider consulting doc and change of formula etc... Congrats on the precious new baby and good luck.
