Good after treatment: Remember you're being treated for a pre-cancerous lining of the uterus. Simple hyperplasia is treated with megestrol to prevent proliferation (growth) to a more aggressive type which may require hysterectomy. If all works well, your gyn can clear you for pregnancy. Side effects are hot flashes, GI symptoms, slight edema but all reversible. Please check with your doc for more details. Stay safe.
