Im a 25 y/o female 5'5" 145lbs & has high heart rate.it ranges from 90 to 115 w/o activity.i exercise a little & im typically anxious.should i worry?

Harmless: Your heart rate is harmless. You can correct it by starting a program of daily exercise. As your fitness improves, your heart rate will slow. If it's never been done, a complete blood count (to exclude anemia, common in young women), TSH (exclude thyroid xs), and echo (exclude structural heart disease) should be done.
