SERLIFT: is one of the class of anti-depressants known as SSRI 's and they are VERY EFFECTIVE but take several weeks to begin to "work"...well worth it when they "kick in"!! Become acquainted with the drug especially possible interactions with other medications/side effects Hope this is helpful Dr Z
