Both are limited: Hydrogen peroxide is actually quite good to use on a dirty or acutely infected wound. The down side is that it coagulates proteins, forming pieces of matter that will most likely sit in the wound and serve as food for organisms. Alcohol is not good on wounds period. It will cause destruction of all living cells in the wound including your own.

Soap and water: Is best to wash out a wound. Alcohol should never be used and peroxide can be used acutely but not repeatedly.
