Too early to tell: Pregnancy tests become positive about 12 days after ovulation. You are likely too early to know. Pregnancy symptoms are too unpredictable so just wait for 12-14 days after IUI and get a pregnancy test. Blood tests are most accurate and a urine home test can be false negative, so be careful.
