Laryngo -endo: Hi, a panendoscopy by an ENT which also includes a laryngoscopy is the first step in management and likely to give you the biggest bang for your buck. If that is negative then an endoscopy maybe considered but the chances of finding something causative is low. Please consult an ent. Hope this helps.
