Some possibilities: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, parkinson's can affect voice. Much more common is reflux of stomach contents which can cause chronic irritation of the voicebox... even repeated pneumonias. allergies, post-nasal drip can irritate the throat chronically.
