Get thee to an MD: If you are suffering from water intoxication then, you should be seen by a doctor quickly otherwise, you may have more serious complications than just a headache. Water intoxication would imply that your sodium concentration is so abnormally low you'd be at risk for serious medical issues. Headaches for days are not normal as well but your other comment is more pressing to me to clear up now.

Very common: Were you treated for water intoxication? Have you continued to ingest excessive amounts of water, and do you have a kidney function problem? Headache is a common symptom, and can persist for many days. You should get in touch with whoever treated you for this. If you were not treated, you need to see your doctor to get a medical checkup, including electrolyte panel. I would use tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin
