Neon yellow: The b vitamins are water-soluble, so outside of extremely large doses, it will be peed out. Big glass of water and avoid future mistakes best as able.

1 time OK: Do not continue to give both daily, but a one time error will not cause any issues. Best wishes.

NO VITAMINS UNLESS: There is deficiency. If someone has chronic illness that impairs absorption, severe infection requiring prolong antibiotic therapy, malnutrition, vit. Deficiency due to disease, etc. Might need vitamin supplementation if a medical practitioner prescribes. If your 15 year son doesn't have these, stop the vitamin. A balanced diet comprising of vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, egg, milk will be enough.

No harm from B-compl: Vitamins are pretty safe, in general. One extra dose is harmless. So you do not need to worry!
