I'm getting a laproscopic, hysterocopy, d&c and diathermy (loop) done and if they find cancer while i'm under will they remove it or wait until i wake?

They will wait: It may take a couple of days to get the results from these procedures. If a cancer is found they will discuss the treatment options and probably refer to a doctor who specializes in cancer surgeries for gynecologic cancers called a gynecologic oncologist.
