Can facial ring worm spread to the inside of your nose?

Yes: You should make sure that you treat the "ring worm" appropriately and try not to scratch. Sometimes it can become superinfected with staph or strep from hands and fingernails. If the rash becomes sticky or spreads to the inner part of the nose be sure to have it evaluated.
