Urgent care: Urine pregnancy tests are just as reliable, although, lay folks believe that serum pregnancy tests are more accurate, which they are not by a lot. The only advantage is that they can detect smaller levels of hormone than the urine test would, but smaller levels are usually not associated with viable pregnancies. If you have no pcp, urgent care would next cheapest option.
