?lichen sclerosus: Genital lichen sclerosus can be the cause of your symptoms. White patches are often seen in this condition and the cause is unknown. There is no vaginal discharge with this. Corticosteroid creams offer relief. Have a dermatologist check you for this condition if your gynecologist is stumped.
