Hi. I've been experiencing discharge, odorless and thick, also itchiness,redness and a swollen vulva. I took over the counter yeast infection medicine yesterday. Woke Up, and the discharge has definitely gone down, almost stopped. Swelling as gone down.
What is the most likely cause for inflammation around the vulva that is accompanied by dryness and extreme itchiness, no secretions and no odor?
