Treat source: Anything you use no matter how "green" poses a risk to crawling kids. Fleas are attracted to white color for some reason. You can sprinkle salt on carpets and furniture. You can further "powder" the salt in the blender. Leave it on the baseboards as well an leave for 3 days. Do not let the kids play in areas you treat with anything. Run the vacuum cleaner and see if you need to repeat.

Indoor. Pets!: If you have a dog or cat, they are more than likely to blaim. If you have the critters, get your dog medicine ( oral), or dip the cat in a flea repellant!
