Boric acid can get rid of scabies in carpet but it is very dangerous if inhaled , so you should discuss proper inhalation control with your physician prior to use . I don't think it should be sprayed but rather just placed/sprinkled on the carpet with appropriate inhalation control.. http://boricacid.ca/scabieshomeremedyandboricacid.html
