Cod Liver Oil is a superb source of Essential Omega 3 Fatty Acids & these are proven to improve fertility (esp. in those with PCOS), reduce miscarriage, premature births, pre-eclampsia & gestational diabetes as well as improving the baby's brain development. These are NOT myths. See http://www.cbn.com/health/naturalhealth/drsears_fertility.aspx
