Cod and Haddock: Cod, because it is more of a cold water fish would be higher in omega 3 than haddock so in theory should be healthier. However, haddock would be a healthier alternative to red meat so I don't think you could go wrong with either. Try both and eat the one you like best the most. Choose the second place winner over red meat.
