Yes: But you should not take more than the recommended dose for Claritin (loratadine) d 24 however because of the side effects from the decongestant.

Problem: Find out whats making you congested ? So problem is bigger than one pill. See an allergist. Decongestant part in pill is heavy dose one time pill ok. Its spring time, use a mask, , nasalcrome prevents allergy.
