Fluids/energy food: Simple fluids like 1/2 strength gateraid in small but frequent amounts can help hydrate. Simple carb based foods like steamed rice, pasta without sauces, apple sauce or similar fruit can help.Avoid all fruit juices (apple, prune, peach, pear) .
