It has been 5 days ! my 14yr daughter has been having watery diahrehea with severe and loud grumbling intestines. what is this?! it wont stop

Commonest cause of watery diarrhea is a viral or bacterial gastroenteritis ; it resolves in 24-48 hrs. Any blood, mucus, or develop a fever or abdominal pain ; if it persists beyond 36-48 hrs then please visit your pcp. Grumbling is the noise produced by the contracting inestine.
