Headache: Can get headaches from any infection affecting the ear or the sinuses. Headaches that come on like a bang are ones that require more immediate attention. Pounding type headaches are often migraines, but if there is no migraine history it would need more urgent evaluation. Contact your doctor to see if they can see you today. If not, and there is no headache history, er may be in order.
