BP: If your headaches are recurring this is high blood pressure, but you cannot judge it from one reading, keep track of it then see your doctor if it is always high.

Borderline: Your blood pressure should be a bit lower, and you are possibly going to need some meds if this is a consistent level. Would not feel the headaches relate to this level of BP elevation, but have your doctor follow both.
