"Small" means...: "Small" means different things to different people. A person should be able to see her vaginal opening by using a mirror. The hole will look bigger if she pulls on her labia to look at it. The hole will look smaller if she looks at it without pulling on her labia. She can ask her primary care doctor to look at her vaginal opening to help decide if there is any problem, which there probably is not.
