Yes: In pregnancy there is always a concern if a woman has a headache and high blood pressure. You might want to go to urgent care and have your blood pressure evaluated to make sure there aren't any signs of early preeclampsia . It's still quite early at 14 weeks so hopefully this is just a headache, but it's better to be safe.
