No : Trika or Alprazolam (xanax) is a sedating anxiolytic and carries the potential for tolerance, abuse, dependance, addiction, serious withdrawal symptoms including seizures, can have serious dug-drug interaction, and potentiate effect of other sedative drugs including alcohol, and lead to coma. It is a controlled drug and should only be prescribed by your doctor and taken as directed.
