Sometimes when i drink alcohol i experience neck and shoulder pain after the first 1-2 drinks. it typically subsides quickly. what is this?

Referred pain: It seems that this type of pain is produced by one of the abdominal viscera, such as stomach, duodenum, gallbladder etc.Alcohol can stimulate those organs producing what is called radiating or referred pain.
