Not sure: I am not sure what your question is exactly. Sore nipples is not uncommon and can be cycle related or related to pregnancy. Nausea could be related to pregnancy, infection, heartburn, etc. Upper back pain could be a muscle strain, lung disease, etc. Please be more specific about what you are asking.
