Pregnancy symptoms ?: Occasional "double ovulation" can occur (and is more common at age 29) and provide twice the hormone levels in a given cycle, which could produce both "nipple darkening" and AM nausea. If symptoms continue, obtain another serum pregnancy test. See your healthcare provider for advice.
