60 y.o. woman with 6 month left ptosis she noticed followed by biaxin (clarithromycin) course for sinusitis. reports extreme fatigue with fluctuations during day.

Emergency workup: New onset of ptosis needs to be evaluated emergently .Patient may need MRI imaging. In addition to blood work the fatigue factor is also worrisome and may indicate septicemia.Rountine sinusitis would not typically lead to ptosis or extreme fatigue. So there may be CNS involvement..
