More Info: Have you missed your period? If you have missed your period, please do a pregnancy test. If it is positive, then go to your doctor right away. 1 in a 1000 women can get pregnant after a tubal ligation. If you have normal periods, there are other reasons for your symptoms. Hormone imbalance can cause these issues. Please get checked.
