Either...: Lamictal can be taken at either time, whichever feels right for you. If it tends to make you drowsy , take it in the evening or at bedtime. If it seems to make it difficult to sleep or if it seems to give you a bit of a lift, then take it in the morning. Don't be afraid to experiment with what is the best time for you.
