A member asked:

I was recently diagnosed with cvid due to an igg level in the mid 400s. how much, typically, does a person's igg level fluctuate naturally?

Depends: It depends on many factors and i would urge you to get a repeat test at least 30 days after the first one just to be sure that it was not a lab error especially if you are not suffering from recurrent sinus or lung infections. Igg levels do fluctuate a little (likely 10% either way)- mostly physiologically but some just due to the lab's margin of error. Consider seeing an allergist=immunologist.
