Healthiness: High blood pressure can put you at risk of heart disease and stroke, etc. Having a "good blood pressure" is a good thing and means as far as your cardiovascular risk, you are doing well.

Heart is happy: When BP is good your heart does not have to work as hard to pump blood. This can lower the risk of heart related problems like stroke and heart attack. Congrats! peace and good health.
