I have a large lump on my back, its quite red and its also a tiny bit sore so is my back. i was recently go-karting. could my skin raise into a fatty bump if i banged or bruised it? i only noticed the lump after go-karting?

Fatty lumps do not occur after go carting. You might have just noticed it or have gotten injured . Best is to see your doc.
