Yes.: Eating out provides more calories. Stress can decrease appetite. Enough to cause weight loss. See your doctor if still stressed for some help.

Yes: Portions at most restaurants in the us are pretty large. Many of ingredients used to cook delicious restaurant food are fattening. Some people feel obligated to eat everything that is served. If one is stressed enough -they might be eating as regularly or as healthfully. Take care.
