Advice to avoid playing with stitches after gum graft surgery? i know i should leave them alone, but they feel so strange. i find myself rubbing them with my tongue without thinking about it. im worried im going to stop them from healing.

Try and stop: The tongue almost has a mind i it's own and it is difficult to stop. You can interfere with the healing by playing with the stitces. Try just placing the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth behind your front teeth. Good luck.
