What's been tried?: You seem to be very young to have this sort of chronic low back pain that has become unbearable. How did it happen? Injury or simply acquired? Have you been recommended physical therapy? Tens unit, or water jogging. Though it seems counterintuitive because you are in such pain, but getting involved in certain physical exercises can actually help. I think it's too early to consider surgery.
