Seriously uncommon: Sounds like you had some kind of allergic reaction, but i don't think it'd be from the fact that you had a sexual encounter . Petechia aren't actually very common in allergy, so for the most part no matter what this is or what caused it, i'd suggest you go to your doctor and let them see you. I would assume they'd be getting some blood count labs as well.

Need more info: The type of sexual activity, protection, positions and other info would be helpful, but the best thing that you can do is to see a doctor who deals in stds and allow them to question and examine you. Please do this, because can think of several possible stds that may fill these criteria and you need to be tested. Best wishes.
